4. If known, please list the following

5. What are the typical production rates (please
state both oil and water production)?
6a. Are samples of undosed, dry crude available? (10 - 20 litres if possible)
(please note: it is imperative the sample can be taken from a
point above the wax appearance temperature. If the wax appearance
temperature is not known, the sample should be taken from the
hottest point in the system).
6b. Is a sample of wax available? (100 - 200g if possible)
7. Is wax inhibitor currently being used? If
yes,
a) What is the incumbent product?
b) What is the incumbent dose rate (L/day)?
c) Where is the incumbent injected?
8. Is a carbon distribution analysis of the wax
or crude available?
9a. What facility exists for addition of wax dissolver to affected area?
9b. What type of seals are used in the process system?
10. Do you require ecotox and biodegradation
information on our wax inhibitors/dissolvers?
